• PUBLIC COMMENT-(Limited to 15 minutes)
• Approve minutes of the November 1st meeting (all board members have previously received copies).

OLD BUSINESS:

• Discuss/approve Deputy Clerk/Treasurer job description
• Discuss progress with town banking and bill payment/recording

NEW BUSINESS:

• Collaterization agreement with Security Bank for the 2022-2023 tax collections
• Discuss possible levy increase referendum for 2024 and beyond
• Discuss possible borrowing for road projects for 2024 and beyond
• Discuss/approve revised town handbook
• Discuss/approve donation to Twin Lakes Cemetery
• Discuss/approve Resolution 4-2022 regarding town depository and approved financial account signatories

OTHER BUSINESS:

• Annual Budget Meeting-Monday, November 21st at 6:00 p.m.-Presentation/discussion/approval of the proposed 2023 town budget by the electorate
• Next regular Board meeting Monday, December 12th
• Review and approve payment of bills
• Adjourn meeting
