OLD BUSINESS:

• Reorganization and reconciliation of financial records
• Discuss progress on hiring an auditor
  

NEW BUSINESS: 

• Discuss/approve employee resignations
• Thank all resigning employees for their service
• Thank all outgoing Town Board members for their service
• Road work to be considered for 2023
• Road grading needed on all gravel roads after spring thaw
• Road bans are set to go off 04/20 in conjunction with Chippewa County’s bans
• Available funds and usage
• ARPA report needed
• WTA and TAC membership
• Continuing retention of outside financial consultant

OTHER BUSINESS 

• Annual Board of Review is Thursday, May 18^th from 9am until 11am
• A final short board meeting by the outgoing board will be held at 5:45 p.m. just prior to the annual meeting on Tuesday, April 18^th, 2023
