- Call to order and Pledge of Allegiance
- Discuss/approve minutes from the Regular board meeting held Monday, February 13th
- Treasurer’s report
- Motion to approve report
- PUBLIC COMMENT-(Limited to 5 minutes per person)
OLD BUSINESS:
- Road work/snow plowing
- Reorganization and reconciliation of financial records
- Discuss progress on hiring an auditor
NEW BUSINESS:
- Review applications received for the permanent Deputy Clerk/Treasurer position and set up interview dates/times
- Presentation by Village of New Auburn requesting Town participation in possible grant application
- Posting roads for spring weight limits
- Set date for April board meeting
- Discuss/approve use of town hall for private meeting
- Discuss/approve obtaining estimate for town hall generator
- The board will go into closed session pursuant to SS19.85(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
- The board will reconvene to open session

- Annual meeting is Tuesday, April 18th at 6:00 p.m.

- Annual Board of Review is Thursday, May 18th from 9am until 11am
